1.1 Statement of the Problem

As Educational Instructions at present are on terrorists’ threats and including staff of school, students and parents are facing many problems. On the institutional level the Head of the Schools is held responsible to make the urgent and necessary steps for the safety of the Staff, students, building and surroundings of the Schools. So the present study was carried and the title, “Challenges to Head Teachers for School Safety Plan”.
